At Latin-Quarters, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and invoices are included inside the box.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
